The candidate becomes an employee of TaviStaff with TaviStaff taking responsibility for their wages, tax and NIC’s, holiday and sick pay for a period of 12 weeks. After this time (if you wish to keep the candidate on), you can then either take the candidate on as a permanent employee with nothing further to pay, or for a longer assessment period, keep them on as a temporary member of staff.
