Permanent Placements:

What if you could make one telephone call and within 24 hours, have a number of suitable CV’s on your desk, interviews arranged for a couple of days later with a successful candidate able to start the following Monday? You can be confident that each candidate has already been interviewed in depth, had references checked and has the skills required for the position you are looking to fill. One telephone call to TaviStaff and this is the minimum service you can expect. You are under no obligation to make a job offer to any candidate and there are no fees to pay until a candidate starts work at your organisation.

If for whatever reason, the candidate is not right for your company after starting work with you, there is a ten-week safety net that means you are entitled to a free replacement or if a replacement is not available, a part refund of the fees you have paid. By recruiting through the press and job centre, no such safety net is in place.

If you are searching for a candidate with a specific set of skills, TaviStaff aim to find the ideal person on your behalf. They work closely with a network of other agents across the South West and rest of the UK and can advertise in specific trade magazines to attract the right people.

Temp to Perm Placements:

If you would prefer to assess a candidate’s suitability to the role you are looking to fill without making a commitment, you could take advantage of TaviStaff’s ‘Temp to Perm’ service. The candidate becomes an employee of TaviStaff with TaviStaff taking responsibility for their wages, tax and NIC’s, holiday and sick pay for a period of 12 weeks. After this time (if you wish to keep the candidate on), you can then either take the candidate on as a permanent employee with nothing further to pay, or for a longer assessment period, keep them on as a temporary member of staff.

Temporary Worker Placements:

It is a known fact that in every industry there are both busy periods and quiet periods. This is where the temporary worker comes into his or her own. Through TaviStaff you have access to hundreds of workers who are available immediately for temporary roles with skills as diverse as administration and accounting to tree surgery and chefs.

The candidate becomes an employee of TaviStaff with TaviStaff taking responsibility for their wages, tax and NIC’s, holiday and sick pay. You pay a simple invoice each week. If you no longer require the worker, a day’s notice is all that’s required! No hassles, just fuss free recruitment solutions!
